60 minutes session
90 minutes session
90 minutes session is great for whole body treatment. It is also recommended for first session if you want me to do full assessment which includes postural assessment, gait analysis and range of motion assessment.
Please remember that regular treatments are the key to long lasting results. Although you will normally feel improvement after the 1st session, usually you need at least 4-6 sessions to deal with most minor injuries/problems and more serious problems will required even more sessions. The gap between sessions should be no greater than 14 days while once a week is what I recommend. Minimum gap between sessions depends on how fast you regenerate- usually 3-4 days gap is needed.
